  • Absolutely. BDV charges carry long-term consequences, even if you’re innocent or the situation was misunderstood.

With the right defense, your charges may be reduced—or dismissed entirely. An experienced attorney will guide you through the legal process, help you avoid missteps, and protect your rights at every stage.

  • Domestic violence laws in Nevada are aggressive. Once you're charged, the court system moves fast and without strong representation, you could face:

    • Jail time

    • Mandatory counseling

    • Loss of firearm rights

    • Fines and court costs

    • A permanent criminal record

The moment you're charged, it’s critical to have a skilled defense attorney on your side to evaluate the case, protect your rights, and fight for your future.
