Andrew served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Richard F. Scotti (Dept. II, Eighth Judicial District Court) and as a judicial extern to the Hon. Philip M. Pro (Ret.) (U.S. District Court, District of Nevada). During law school, he deepened his advocacy and writing through the Gaming Law Journal and clinic practice, and he earned a competitive consumer-protection fellowship with the Nevada AG’s Office.
