The son of a career enlisted soldier and a lifelong caregiver, he grew up across the U.S. and Germany before making Las Vegas home.

Education
John graduated from UNLV’s Lee Business School in the top 1% of his class, summa cum laude, with Departmental Honors in Economics and minors in Business Law and Philosophy. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, where he received a Dean’s Award, joined the Society of Advocates, competed on the Negotiation Team, and participated in the Saltman Center for Dispute Resolution. He externed with the Eighth Judicial District Court and the Clark County Public Defender, earning a Certificate of Appreciation.
Admissions & Practice
John is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Nevada and is admitted to practice in all Nevada state courts and the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada. His practice spans complex business and civil litigation and personal injury. He served as chief civil litigator at the longstanding firm John Peter Lee, Ltd., regularly appears in Business Court, and has been published by the Nevada Supreme Court. John tries and resolves cases involving contracts and business torts, eminent domain/inverse condemnation, employment, civil rights, construction and real estate disputes, intellectual property, administrative matters, and injury claims.
Additional Background
A proven builder of teams, John founded the Kappa Sigma (UNLV) chapter and the Phi Alpha Delta (UNLV law) chapter, each growing to be the largest of their kind on campus. He later co-founded LBC Law Group to deliver skilled advocacy with efficient, transparent case management. His professional recognitions include AV Preeminent®, Super Lawyers®, and Legal Elite honors.
Community & Personal
John serves on the Board of Directors for Nevada Legal Services and volunteers with numerous community and bar organizations. A combat veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division (Desert Shield/Desert Storm), he brings disciplined preparation to every case and offers veteran-friendly support. John and his wife, Angela, are proud to raise their family in Las Vegas.
